Shipping Policy

    Since our items are completely personalized and customized, our shipping policy includes the following:
    After a customer places an order, we will allow 24 hours to process the order in order for the customer to send/request changes or modifications to this order.

    Shipping Processing Time
    After the initial 24 hour period has passed, we will begin processing the order. This process takes approximately 5 to 8 business days to personalize and fully customize the ordered items.
    After processing, the order will enter the shipping and delivery process, which takes approximately 8 to 10 business days. Please be assured that each order is provided and processed with the utmost care to express the customer's personal information and trust in our business.

    Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
    After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Customs, Duties and Taxes
    Please note that KEZ0 design is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees incurred on your order. If any such charges are incurred during or after shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to settle these charges. This includes any duties, taxes or other related charges that may be imposed by local authorities.

    Indemnification of Damages
    While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit. If you receive an order that is damaged, we recommend that you contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. To facilitate this process, please ensure that you retain all packing materials and damaged goods for inspection.
